Vienna-based mobility software provider goUrban has signed a new three-year agreement with shared mobility operator GO Sharing, now owned by BinBin, to help scale its services across Western Europe.
BinBin is Turkey’s largest shared mobility provider. Before the recent acquisition, GO Sharing was already active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Austria and Turkey.
goUrban’s software infrastructure allows its clients to have full flexibility over their operations, including the end-user app, and features customisable tools like geofence promotions and dynamic pricing to improve business efficiency.
Reliability was key for GO Sharing and goUrban’s latest service level agreements commit to ensuring an availability rate of 99.7% or higher.
The company also simplifies the procedure of data processing and the collection of business insights, which can be accessed through APIs and automated report exports.
