Altitude Angel, a leading Unified Traffic Management (UTM) technology provider, has established an Advisory Board aimed at accelerating its strategic growth with the expertise of industry leaders.
Among the first members joining the board is Baroness Vere, a former UK Aviation and Treasury Minister.
Altitude Angel CEO Richard Parker emphasised the significance of the Advisory Board in supporting the company’s next growth phase. “Each member brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective which will help Altitude Angel navigate the complexities of the aviation, governmental, and regulatory landscapes as we look to both grow as an organisation and enable drone operations around the globe,” he stated.
Stephen Farmer, Altitude Angel’s Head of Corporate Communications, underscored the need for the board, noting, “As a business, we understood we did not have the expertise required to grow and take it to new levels at a pace we would like, hence our bringing together an Advisory Board.”
With a background in aviation governance, Baroness Vere joins professionals from NATS Services, BT’s drone division, and tech entrepreneurs. The board is expected to grow further as the company prepares for increased demands in drone traffic management and a large-scale rollout of its patented SKYWAY “drone superhighway” across parts of the UK.
