The title-deciding final rounds of the 2022 eSkootr Championship (eSC) series will be held at the Circuit Paul Ricard in the south of France from November 9-10.

As the first season heads to its climax, Carlin’s Anish Shetty leads the Riders’ Championship standings with a slim five-point advantage over Frenchman Aymard Vernway.

Carlin also lead the Team standings, and the focus will be on whether Shetty can clinch the inaugural Championship title for himself and his team.

“I can’t wait for this double-header to take place and to be able to crown the first-ever winner of the eSkootr Championship,” said Hrag Sarkissian, CEO and Co-Founder of eSC.

“After the exciting racing we’ve had already, I’m in no doubt the title showdown in Paul Ricard will be equally thrilling and we can continue to highlight the important role micromobility has to play in our urban future.”

With a calendar streamlined from six to four events for this pilot year, Zag understands that negotiations are nearing completion for new 2023 races in North America and the Middle East.
