Shared micromobility operator Dott has launched its service at OL Vallée, the home of France’s Olympique Lyonnais football team.

Around forty electric scooters have been made available on the 50-hectare site for visitors and employees to test-ride.

A 2km-long ‘Dott Road’ track has been marked out on the ground along with seven dedicated parking zones.

The partnership has been signed until the end of the 2023-24 season.

Cyrille Groll, OL Groupe Development Director, said: “The arrival of a free-access scooter service operated by Dott, a key player in the sector, confirms our desire to make OL Vallée a destination accessible in soft modes 365 days a year for the daily users of the site and the many visitors expected at our sports and leisure facilities.”

Dott’s fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes have been available in Lyon’s city centre since April 2019, which then expanded to include Rillieux-la-Pape in October 2021.
