European shared micromobility operator TIER-Dott has announced that the company will now operate under the single Dott brand name.

TIER vehicles will be rebranded with the Dott logo in the upcoming weeks to simplify the user experience.

All TIER users will now be redirected to the Dott app where they will be able to access a fleet of 250,000 electric scooters and e-bikes in 427 cities across Europe and the Middle East.

Behind the scenes, TIER and Dott have combined its best hardware, technology and operations to support its cities and 10 million users.

Henri Moissinac, CEO of TIER-Dott, told Zag Daily: “Having a short brand name is important for memorisation. Having highly visible vehicles in the streets is even more important. But the most important thing for our users is to have a reliable service and available vehicles they can use when they need it.”

The two companies announced their merger back in March of this year, with the single entity expected to generate a combined revenue of €250 million.

TIER-Dott’s mission is to change mobility for good, and since both companies were born, users have completed more than 380 million trips.
